Our Mission
The Bartenbach Collection was born from a simple frustration: existing hotel reviews don't go deep enough. A five-star rating tells you almost nothing when every luxury hotel has five stars.
We created a multi-dimensional scoring system that captures what actually matters — the quality of the room, how well you sleep, the spa experience, dining, service, scenery, and value. Each dimension is scored independently, giving you a nuanced picture of what to expect.

It is not a simple average — certain dimensions carry more weight based on what matters most to discerning travelers. Scores range from 1 to 10, with 10 representing perfection.
