“Spa rating is based off of the pool/tea time room/beach amenities. Spa was not visited during this stay due to Covid/flu. Service-When asking the concierge about pharmacy and meds, she sent us to the drivers. Waited a long time for a golf cart to the beach. Room- was lower because of the stale smell-no thermostat-plug areas and lack of technology. ”

“We contracted Covid in the middle of our stay so this entire review is questionable. Certainly some of it is valid, but it's valid from the perspective of someone who has Covid. We also did not go to the spa. ”
